What have I gotten myself into?

I've never enjoyed writing. It takes me 30 minutes to compose a simple email. I agonize for days over replying to an evite when the fifteen people before me have all left funny or otherwise clever little replies. Not me. I stress for days and then never reply until the last minute (the procrastinator in me) and say "Looking forward to it!" Boring. As a scrapbooker, I'm expected to journal and document all of the cute things my children say and do. And for the most part, I have captured every little thing they've done with photographs. But it seems, by the time I get the opportunity to put those photos in my scrapbooks, I've forgotten some of the cute things they may have said that made me laugh. When I do journal, most of the time I hide it under the photographs or a tag so nobody can read it.

Well, here I am, at home with my third (and last) child (2 years old) and she is starting to talk like crazy. So this is it, my last chance to capture the little things that I don't want to forget. And let's face it....I'm turning 40 this year so it's probably all downhill from here as far as the old memory goes. My reality tv addiction hasn't exactly helped me keep the noggin sharp either, and I'm not even going to mention the wine!

So what am I going to talk about?? Well, the kids of course! I'll fill you in on Jackson's latest get rich scheme, and Cameron's musings on what is boring him this week, and of course all of the cute things only a 2 year old can say. Throw in some commentary on my favorite tv shows, a few complaints, and lots of photographs. So let's start things off with some cute pictures I took of Kendall this week. The "come hither" pose of Kendall with the backpack is on her first day at the Mom's Day Out program she just started. More photos next time of the boys.
